An Argo Adventure exclusive is the new HD Manual Wiper kit. This kit will mount on any Argo windshield in under 5 minutes and offers a full 180 degree swipe across the windshield clearing the passenger and driver sides of the windshield. Unlike the factory electric wiper, it only clears the drivers side of the windshield and can be cumbersome with all the electric wire running up the edge of the windshield and exposed connections when the windshield is laid down.
The HD Manual Wiper Kit uses a heavy duty adjustable black painted stainless steel wiper arm with a rubber wiper blade that can move mud and snow with no issues. These are not the cheap golf cart wipers you find on E-bay or Amazon.com. We tried those and they fall apart. This assembly is marine grade and will stand-up to the abuse from hunting and years of use.

Heat cycles in the winter on the transmission and engine where you drive the vehicle all day and then park it at night when temps drop in the teens or below zero can cause the engine and transmission to "sweat" causing moisture to build up and possibly freezing. Instances of so much moisture build-up have been known to leave the transmission frozen and the vehicle immobile.
Doing a engine and transmission oil change mid winter and in the fall before winter is recommended to rid the engine and transmission of any moisture build-up. If you do not use your vehicle often be sure to always do a oil/filter change at least once a year.
Argo Adventure has put together HD Bearing and Axle upgrade kits that are the exact heavy duty axles and bearings used on all 2010 and newer Argo UTV's. These kits will fit all 1994 - 2009 Argo models. The new HD bearings are not only are bigger in size then the standard bearings, this new design also eliminates the rubber seals that were the cause of many bearing failures on 2009 and older models. If you run tracks at some time you will experience axle failure with the hub snapping off the end of the axle due to the weak standard welds and axle design. The new HD axle offers a thicker hub and includes a hole for easy greasing of you outer flange grease zerk.
Argo Adventure has put all the parts needed into a kit with photo instructions to update your bearings and axles to the HD design. We have not had one new HD axle fail when running tracks and our customers put their units through the toughest conditions on Earth. You can upgrade to one axle kit at a time when failure happens, or do all 6 or 8 for peace of mind knowing bearing failure won't take the fun out of your big hunt.
